Leor Rotchild is the Senior Director at Upswing Solutions, a B Corp certified boutique consulting firm where he supports government and private sector clients to decarbonize their supply chains, address human rights risks, and deeply integrate purpose and sustainability into their core strategies. Prior to his current role, Leor was Executive Director of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility - a national association for sustainability leaders across all sectors.

Leor’s new book entitled How We Gather Matters is about the exciting opportunity to better utilize events of all kinds as powerful platforms for societal change.

His background also includes:

  • Founder and CEO of a sustainable events company

  • Several years as an ESG advisor in the energy sector

  • Key architect of an energy transition initiative called the Energy Futures Lab
